Case Study#10 - Vendor Selection for HSEQ Software

Fusion was engaged by a top 200 ASX mining client to lead a vendor selection process that would identify a leading vendor to implement an integrated platform provisioning Occupational Health and Safety, Governance, Risk and Compliance functionality. Fusion was able to modify its methodology for software procurement and develop an approach tailored for this project.

A brief market scan analysis provided a short list of vendors that were requested to responsd to an RFQ that specified the vendor and partner capability sought and the functional components to be implemented. The process has progressed to have now identified two short listed vendors.

Implementation planning has commenced with final preferred vendor selection imminent, Board material to be prepared and contracts drawn up with the vendor.
