Who we are
Fusion Consulting was established in 2007 by Nick Gray after a career with a tier one consulting company and large global corporate experience. The success of Fusion is founded on the quality, experience and teamwork exhibited by the consulting team.
Our clients prefer a blended team approach which aligns with Fusion’s preferred engagement model. Our senior consultants enjoy new challenges and engaging with client executive and staff. Typically project teams have a mix of five-to-ten client staff to one Fusion consultant, providing a rich learning environment for client staff to develop their skills and experience.

FCS, since its inception, has managed to sustain continued business growth with repeat client engagements a regular occurrence. Our client base is typically tier one corporations and agencies.
